We want you to love your outdoor space. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA authorization.

  Prepare Package

  Disassemble the product and pack it securely in the original boxes with all hardware and manuals included.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for freight pickup for large-scale structures.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
